Rooflines
Savanna Windows offer a full roofline service in York & North Yorkshire
Facias
The fascia is the long strip that sits underneath the roof where the guttering is attached. Also known as the facing strip, we offer a selection of different colours including, white, ask, black mahogany and rosewood. Fascias are available in a selection of thicknesses to suit your property – 16, 20 & 25mm. Fascias, along with your homes bargeboard, are the most noticeable feature of your roof trim and are very important for protecting your roof rafters from the wind and rain. When we install your fascias they give your roof a aesthetically pleasing look, leaving no holes or gaps, concealing and protecting your roof rafter ends.
They also come with a special ventilation system which prevents any water from getting to your roof and walls. Also available are bird combs that will stop any birds from nesting within your roof rafters. We only use the strongest, most durable materials when installing fascias to your home which ensure solid, long lasting roof trims. All Advanced Rooflines’ white fascias come with a lifetime guarantee against discolouration.
Soffits
The soffit strip sits underneath the fascia and provides the important seal between the roof and the wall. Available in the same full suite of colours as the fascias to match, they create a beautiful finish to your roof. Our BBA approved UPVC Soffits are designed to bridge the gap between the side of your home and the roof edge and are vital in protecting your roof from the Yorkshire elements.
Our soffits are made to measure to ensure a perfect fit and are extremely durable to ensure a long-lasting, clean and attractive roof trim for your home. All our soffits come with a staggering 20 year guarantee on materials and workmanship and a lifetime guarantee against discolouration.
Guttering
Our guttering and downpipes control the flow of water from your roof, down to the drains, keeping it away from your property. We can install guttering in many different colours and styles including white, black, brown, grey and can even provide you with a cast iron style finish to suit your home.
All our Guttering is installed to the highest standards to protect your home from the brutal Yorkshire weather and is specially designed not to leak or get blocked. All Guttering is tested to BS EN 607 and comes with water tight seals and fitted with gutter unions to account for thermal expansion and contraction during the seasons. This ensures more durable, longer lasting guttering and reduces the risk of leakage.
Dry Verge System
Advanced Rooflines’ Dry Verge System can be an amazing, classic finishing touch for your homes’ roof edges. The Dry Verge System can be a cost effective alternative solution to your roof trim and avoids all the long term maintenance problems caused by mortar bedding.
Dry Verge roof edging requires no maintenance once installed and can dramatically improve the look and protective qualities of an old roof. All Advanced Rooflines’ Dry Verge Systems are manufactured from PVC-U and are completely weather proof providing great durability against Yorkshire’s fiery weather conditions. Available in many different colours Advanced Rooflines’ Dry Verge Systems can completely transform your home’s roof.
